Christie-Elite grows a range of conifers specifically for Christmas tree production.

Christmas tree growers require planting stock with very particular growth characteristics. A forester would, for example, look for plants selected for fast growth rate and light branching. Although perfect for timber production these characteristics would produce poor quality Christmas trees. Christie-Elite grows conifer provenances specially selected for Christmas tree production, such as Norway spruce from Germany and Nordman Fir from the Ambrolauri Tlugi region of Georgia. We also supply Fraser Fir, Noble Fir, Serbian spruce, Blue spruce and pine grown under a regime designed to produce high quality Christmas trees.
